It is the mission of the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute to provide nationally accredited associate in specialized business and associate in specialized technology degrees for students entering into the culinary arts, patisserie & baking and hospitality management fields. As a team, we are passionately dedicated to providing the highest quality of educational experiences and placement assistance to our students. We do this through offering a hands-on curricula taught by a highly skilled professional faculty that is supported by a knowledgeable, caring and customer-focused staff.
