Davenport University offers excellent educational and career training programs and exciting, alternative ways to receive credit and work experience.

Located in Flint, Michigan, Davenport has more than a dozen additional campuses throughout the state.

Davenport has three schools through which students obtain bachelors degrees: the College of Technology, the College of Business and the School for Health Careers.

In addition to these exciting professional study options, adult students have the chance to receive life experience credit for previous work, military and other real-world experience.

Once enrolled at Davenport students may also receive college credit and work experience through internships.

In the classroom, Davenport prides itself on its experiential learning model, which focuses on hands-on performance of one’s professional tasks.

Student life opportunities include a number of academic, special interest, service and social clubs, activities and organizations.

Admission requirements vary depending on one’s previous educational and life experience. High school students wishing to enter as a freshman must submit official transcripts, proof of a diploma or GED and SAT scores. They will also need to interview with a Davenport admissions officer.

Qualifying students who need help with tuition and other fees may receive financial aid through various sources, including loans and grants.
