Description
Established nearly 50 years ago, Cuyahoga Community College is Ohio’s first community college system. It’s also one of the state’s largest, serving over 30,000 students throughout Ohio.
Tri-C’s academics match its size, with over 140 programs of study. Whether you’re looking for technical training or a liberal arts education, the school has a program to meet your needs.
In addition to its academics, Cuyahoga Community College offers support for local business. Its workforce training programs provide numerous courses in burgeoning fields like health care, engineering, alternative energy, and more. To meet the needs of working professionals, these courses are offered during day, evening, and weekend, and can be taken both on-site and online.
Tri-C also makes an effort to enrich the community, making classes and recreation available to all Ohio residents. At Cuyahoga Community, you can take courses in golf and Tai Chi, enroll in Culinary Boot Camp, join the Collegiate Concert Band, or learn about a new subject. The college also sponsors more than a dozen summer camps for kids in a variety of subjects, from aviation for photography.
