AMC Description

The mission of Albertus Magnus College is to provide men and women with an education that promotes the search for truth in all its dimensions and is practical in its application. Founded by the Dominican Sisters of Saint Mary of the Springs, Albertus Magnus College, faithful to its Catholic heritage and the Judeo-Christian tradition, remains dedicated to providing an opportunity for learning which responds to the academic needs and ethical challenges of it students and of society.

The New Dimensions Program of Albertus Magnus College strives to provide the most up-to-date and practical business and management education possible through the use of academically qualified business professionals, who teach professionally oriented courses, integrating theory and practice in a meaningful way. There is an emphasis on an instructional model utilizing small groups of experienced adults working in teams to solve management problems and thoughtful attention to the ethical issues, which arise in business and management activities.

New Dimensions strives to provide its students with business and management knowledge and skills built upon a holistic foundation in preparation for assuming significant roles in business and in life. Join over one thousand students throughout the state of Connecticut who are currently earning their college degrees through the New Dimensions Program.
