Approved by and affiliated with numerous beauty industry organizations, Xenon International in Omaha, Nebraska, is an established provider of beauty arts education, offering exciting opportunities to gain professional experience, showcase work and make contacts in the industry.
Students at Xenon concentrate on one of the following areas:
- Cosmetology
- Esthetics
- Nail Technology
- Instructor Training
A well-rounded curriculum acquaints students with numerous styles, haircuts and products. Students then get to apply techniques and styles by working at the school salon.
In addition to this hands-on learning experience, students also get the chance to attend trade shows, seminars and lectures by industry professionals as well as career fairs.
In the last part of the program, classes in all concentration areas also focus on business skills, marketing and employment searches.
Since Xenon is approved by and affiliated with numerous professional organizations and salons, students have the backing of a strong, well-established institution and also more opportunities to obtain employment.
Those interested in applying will need to submit an application along with a copy of their high school diploma or GED and identification to the admissions office.
Payment plans are available, as are grants, student and parent loans and veteran’s benefits. Those applying for federal financial aid will be assessed according to their financial need and will need to fill out a FAFSA.
