Our training program is carefully planned and dedicated to give each student the ultimate in Cosmetology, Aesthetician, and Instructor Training. Current trends and techniques are featured in these programs. Our programs will be constantly updated with new and interesting techniques and methods, equipment, facilities, and academic curriculum to ensure education growth for our staff and students.

We are an established Academy that has been teaching students for over 25 years. We will provide you with experienced instructors while always keeping our curriculum innovative, fun and exciting. We have relationships with many of the best salons in the Seattle area and will work closely with you to make the transition from student to career.

Greenwood Academy of Hair currently offers a Cosmetology program that encompasses all phases of hairstyling, cutting coloring, permanent waving, skin care, manicures, pedicures, and waxing. This program is available in both day and night classes, so you can work around your schedule.

Our Instructor Training Program provides you with all the tools and techniques to use your knowledge to teach others. When offer this program for both Cosmetology and Esthetics. Upon completion of the program and licensing you will be qualified to teach in a licensed school. Once again, this program is offered both day and night classes.

Greenwood Academy is located in the Greenwood neighborhood on the corner of 85th St. North and Greenwood Ave. North. We have many long term clients and because of our great location we get many walk in clients. Our goal is to continue to build upon our client base so that our students can get as much hands on experience as possible.
