Our Lady of the Lake College is an independent Catholic institution located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. It is sponsored by the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady, North American Province. It was started in 1923 as Our Lady of the Lake School of Nursing to educate students to serve as health care providers. In 1995, a year after receiving full accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) as an associate degree granting institution, the college was renamed Our Lady of the Lake College. SACS gave the College baccalaureate degree-granting authority in 1998 and master's degree-granting authority in 2005.

The college has an enrollment of more than 2,000 students. It offers associate's, bachelor's, and master's degrees in programs such as nursing, health sciences, humanities, behavioral sciences, and arts and sciences. The College also offers an accelerated ASN program in New Orleans, Louisiana.
