In addition to being a high-ranking private school with substantial and diverse academics Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, is located in one of the nation’s most high-employment cities.

Union University offers quality academics that span many disciplines. Majors are available in professional fields like business, medicine and healthcare, visual and performing arts disciplines and academic fields such as languages, literature and religious studies.

Union University’s Jackson location has also been ranked highly by leading publications, which hail Jackson as an excellent place for finding employment in business and other careers.

Union’s student life offerings include music and theatre activities, more than 50 student organizations, and a school newspaper, literary journal and television station.

Union’s admissions department requires an application with a fee, transcripts and SAT or ACT scores.

Financial aid packages may include state and federal grants and academic and need-based scholarships. Scholarships are also awarded to students in such majors as Engineering and to those who succeed in extracurricular activities like debate.

Additionally, there are such need-based aid programs as work-study and loans. Students with a substantial financial need may be able to cover all or most of their tuition by obtaining aid from these various sources. Veteran’s benefits are also available.
