Description
Students at Abdill Career College in Medford, Oregon receive personalized support throughout their time of study and even after they graduate. Abdill Career College offers certificate programs in medical assisting, dental assisting, accounting, and others.
Being aware of the fact that people hail from a variety of backgrounds and skill-levels, Abdill allows students to work at their own pace. Whether enrolling in a basic or advanced program, courses are tailored to a student’s particular level of ability.
Abdill doesn’t only offer career counseling. They work to place each student in a one-year externship or internship upon graduating. This gives students experience in their particular profession and a chance to exercise their skills.
Career Services then checks up on and monitors a student’s progress at six months and one year after beginning the externship. They then counsel the student on the next step in his or her career.
Students may qualify for such forms of financial aid as federal student loans, grants and scholarships.
