Everyone should have the EdSoup disclaimer!!! I'll remember that.
Rollins is a fun school. Such a pretty area, too. There are about 25-30% more girls than guys. Have a great time!

I know it is a small school but i heard from a few people that there are huge frat parties... is that true?? I am looking at going to the school but the fact that it is really small is a big turn off. I just want to make sure that even though it is a small school it is still fun. Oh and also are there alot more girls than guys at the college?

Yes- its a big party school. Thats the reason I chose not to go there. Sure everyone needs fun, abut academics are far more important. Keep in mind that since its small school, it is more selective than you'd think.
Also, its too expensive. I'm a little turned off by the $30,000 a year tuition.

I have been to the campus many times, but didn't attend there. I had an office around the corner, though, and had friends who attended there, so I can answer SOME of your questions.
There are lots of cars on campus, but I don't know if they may have restrictions on freshmen. A lot of schools do. There are not real beaches on the lake. The beaches are on the coast, which is about an hour away or more, through the swamp. Orlando/Winter Park is inland Florida, so it gets very hot in the summers. It's a very nice and very safe area of town, but probably expensive to live. It's not too far from UCF, though, and there is cheaper housing out that way. There is some partying, but I don't think it's really known as a big party school.
