The purpose of the Med-Assist School of Hawaii is to provide people with the opportunity to avail themselves of a health educaiton so they may practice a career that gives them personal satisfaction and contributeS to the community at large.
The school seeks to foster a respect for, and alignment with the highest standards, principles and traditions of the medical profession. It encourages thoroughness of preparation, the openness to new knowledge and acceptance of responsibility.
The intention of the school is to have graduates who are happy, cooperative, communicative, and supportive. The graduates manifest skill in the performance of their tasks, compassion in their relations with others, and awareness of the importance of correct choice and ethical behavior.
