Utah State University (USU) essentially has it all: over 140 degree programs, innovative undergraduate research opportunities, and a vibrant student life on a scenic campus only minutes from the mountains.

Located in Logan, Utah, USU’s campus features beautiful historic stone buildings and a view of a gorgeous mountain range only 15 minutes from campus.

Over 140 bachelor’s and associate’s degrees as well as career certificates are available at USU. Academics encompass the liberal, fine and performing arts, agriculture, engineering, humanities, social sciences, education, human services and business. Degrees may be obtained in fields as specialized as agribusiness, Dietics Administration, Music Therapy and Women and Gender Studies. Graduate degrees include master’s and doctorate degrees.

The research at USU is another of its outstanding offerings. Undergraduate research areas include such fields as epidemiology, genetics, cancer prevention, animal studies, Greek mythology and art history. USU also conducts graduate and international research activities, some of which have contributed substantially to the well-being of people and the environment.

Over 200 student organizations make their home on the USU campus, providing an outlet, source of enrichment, social opportunity and chance for intellectual growth.

Freshman admissions requirements include submission of transcripts and SAT or ACT scores. Graduate applicants must adhere to the specific requirements of each department.

School and departmental scholarships are one form of financial aid. There are also loans, grants and other sources awarded to those who qualify through financial need and/or academic performance.
