With a Salon Tradition that spans 50 years in the Southern Connecticut Region, Ricci's has a reputation unsurpassed by any other salon operation in our area. We own and operate an award-winning salon, employ over thirty creative people, and have now opened a wonderful, clean, safe, state-of-the-art academy.Our teaching academy dovetails nicely into our years of practical salon experience. In the business of fashion, things change by the season. Our goal is not to churn out satisfactorily-trained stylists who have to start at an entry level position and spend years building up to a top salon. We train stylists to feel confident in all modern techniques - stylists who will be able to walk into the area's elite salons.
We have strong affiliations with the Southern Connecticut Salon Owners Group, the area's most prestigious organization for top salon owners, all of whom are looking forward to placing our graduates.
