Our mission is to enroll, train and place students in Cosmetology Arts and Sciences.
Practical work experience in our student clinic will enable you to develop the skills you've learned in the classroom. Upon completion of the 2000 hour program, you will be examined and licensed by the West Virginia State Board of Barbers and Cosmetologists.
Scott College of Cosmetology is located at 1502 Market Street, in downtown Wheeling, WV. The College is located on all major bus routes, and ample parking is available at nearby parking lots. Scott College of Cosmetology utilizes over 14,000 square feet of floor space, specifically designed for the teaching of the Courses offered.
