Saint Joseph Seminary College offers studies in preparation for the priesthood and deaconry as well as degree programs for individuals interested in theological studies or the lay ministry.
Located in Saint Benedict, Louisiana, Saint Joseph’s idyllic, rural setting is ideal for those pursuing a spiritual lifestyle and education. Since the spiritual component is the most important one, students engage in regular prayer, Bible study, worship, spiritual mentoring and other spiritual and religious activities.
Since Saint Joseph Seminary College also promotes intellectual growth students also undertake intensive academic study in the liberal arts, including such subjects as Latin and philosophy. In addition to its priesthood and deacon preparation programs, Saint Joseph offers degrees in Theology, Philosophy and Religious Studies.
