Southern Technical College (Southern Tech) was established more than 50 years ago. Today, the college has grown to include five campuses in Florida, all offering programs in business and health and medical technology. The Auburn campus of Southern Technical College offers career training for students who wish to earn a diploma or associates degree in applied technology or health and medical services. Some students attend a program at the college in order to advance in their career, or give them a leg up in the increasingly competitive job market. Other students wish to transfer to a 4-year college after receiving their associates degree from Southern Tech.
