MBTS Description

Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary is designed specifically for those who have been called to go into the ministry. Whether you’re a first-time freshman or an aspiring doctoral candidate, and whether your interest is in music or in counseling, if you’re looking to devote your life to Christian ministry then Midwestern Baptist has a degree to suit you.

Located in Kansas City, Missouri, Midwestern Baptist’s bachelor’s, associate’s and graduate degree specializations include:

Midwestern Baptist has other programs as well, including continuing education classes and a course for the wives of practicing ministers.

Students and graduates of Midwestern Baptist will also be placed in a local church by the school so that they may begin their ministerial work.

Undergraduate admissions materials include an application, transcripts, ACT or SAT scores and a personal essay on one’s commitment to Christian ministry and future aspirations and goals.
