Davenport University is a private, non-profit, multi-location university located Northern Indiana and throughout Michigan. It was established in 1866 and currently offers Master's Degrees, Bachelor's Degrees, Associate's Degrees, diplomas, and post-grad certification programs in business, technology, health professions, and graduate studies (MBA).

The University's main campus is located in Caledonia Township in Kent County, Michigan. One of the University's newest campuses, the main campus includes student organizations, residence halls, and athletic programs.

Men's Ice Hockey

Men's Ice Hockey is arguably the most storied athletic program at Davenport. Men's Ice Hockey, since 2008-2009, has fielded two teams. The first team participates at the ACHA Division II level and competes in the GMHL. The second team participates at the ACHA Division III level and competes in the MCHC. In recent years, Davenport University has become a powerhouse with numerous regular season and tournament championships, but more notably captured back-to-back Division II National Championships in 2007-08 and 2008-09.
