Description

Whether you’re a high school graduate looking for the right career, want to improve your chances of a higher-paying job, or seeking to switch jobs into another career, the Pennsylvania Commercial Business/Technical School in Washington, Pennsylvania, may be the place for you.

In as little as three months to two years, you could be on your way to an exciting future doing what you love. Academics include more than 15 programs in fields like:

  • Business
  • Technical and Trade
  • Medical
  • Spa and Salon Services

Many of the programs require students to complete an externship so that you’ll gain real-world work experience. Externships take place during the last quarter of a student’s career, finishing off your education with the development and practical application of the skills you need for your career.

Additional admissions requirements depend on the program you take. For example, HVAC, electrician, and massage therapy students must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, be able to work with ladders, on rooftops, in crawl spaces, and be able to stand, bend, and sit for long periods of time

Day and evening classes are available depending on the programs you choose.

Graduates receive lifetime placement assistance provided by the school’s career services. They’ll help you secure job contacts, prepare resumes, and learn effective job interview skills with the goal of providing you with a successful and exciting future.

A flat-fee tuition is offered to all students. Eligible students may receive financial aid through scholarships like the Future Business Leaders of American scholarship for high school seniors, the Star scholarship for high school seniors who’ve received a 95% or higher attendance rate, and more.

Other forms of assistance are also available, including grants, student loans, work-study programs, and other outlets for veterans or those who are disabled.
