The Clarkesville campus of North Georgia Technical College offers training for numerous in-demand careers, with a particular focus on technical-career certificates.

North Georgia Technical College has campuses in Blairsville and Currahee, with its Clarkesville campus offering an especially high number of certificates leading to technical careers.

These include certifications in Air Conditioning Technology, Banking and finance, Commercial Truck Driving, Fire Fighting, Digital Photography, Emergency Medical Services, Medical Coding and more than 30 others.

The second most prominent offering at Clarkesville is the career-related diploma. Approximately 20 of these are granted in high-demand fields like Cosmetology and Medical Assisting.

North Georgia Tech’s Clarkesville campus also offers about a dozen associate’s degree programs. These are also offered in such fields as Accounting, Computer Science, Criminal Justice and Pharmacy Tech.

The Clarkesville campus, like all of the North Georgia Tech schools, also has a virtual division whereby courses and programs are offered through online study and videoconferencing.
