Regency understands that the beauty industry is one of constant evolution, which is why it emphasizes the importance of possessing a unique take on basic cosmetology theory and skills. Regency’s professional instructors help you find your individual spark and allow it to guide your training as you prepare for an exciting career as a cosmetologist or professional cosmetology instructor.
Classes take place in Regency’s upscale facilities, where you’ll be using professional products. After you spend some time learning basic theory in the classroom, you’ll practice on mannequins and perform on the salon floor in no time. The course is 1,500 clock hours and takes around 11 months to complete. Students may enroll either part time or full time.
Students at Regency can also take advantage of its twice yearly salon fairs, where students can compete to win prizes or mingle with other cosmetologists and begin making professional contacts. You’ll also be introduced to new techniques and products before much of the cosmetology world, putting you a step ahead.
Eligible students can receive financial aid through grants and loans. The school also works with you individually to determine a tuition payment plan.
Admissions allow students to be reviewed and accepted throughout the year, as programs begin at regular intervals.
