For over 30 years Howell College of Cosmetology has been education successful professionals. It has been, and will continue to be the Mission of Howell College to develop the talents and capabilities of students in the fields of cosmetology Arts and Science so that as a result, upon graduation , they are among the most employable new cosmetologists and manicurists entering the cosmetology profession. This mission can be accoplished through the development and use of a well organized course of study designed to prepare graduates for licensing examinations and competitive job entry level employment.
