Rochester Community and Technical College (RCTC)

Rochester Community and Technical College is a public institution dedicated to providing a foundation in academic and vocational education. Located in Rochester, Minnesota, students of the area are able to begin pursuing their dreams right in their hometown.

Rochester Community offers a long list of traditional concentrations for an associate’s degree.
