Description

At The Creative Center in Omaha, Nebraska, you can learn the business as well as the creative side of the visual arts.

There are two programs at The Creative Center: a three-year bachelor’s degree and a two-year associate’s degree.

In both of these programs you’ll receive training in the art of graphic design and build a portfolio over the course of your time there.

However, at The Creative Center you’ll also learn the practical aspects of being a graphic designer. Assigned to an advisory committee, students are given the guidance needed to seek out positions and work in design studios, ad agencies, television, web design and multimedia among other areas.

In addition to an application, the admissions department also requires an in-person interview.

The Creative Center offers several scholarships based on creative ability. Other financial aid offerings include Pell grants and loans to those who qualify.

While they do not provide housing, The Creative Center has an agreement with a local apartment complex to provide highly discounted apartments to students.
