Looking to learn the skills necessary to be an aviation mechanic? With more than 10 locations throughout the United States, Redstone Institute in Houston, Texas, offers courses and certificates in aviation maintenance for beginner students and established professionals who wish to brush up on emerging technologies.
The Houston campus offers courses for professionals as well as an Aviation Maintenance Technician program (AMT). This program builds the skills required to be a licensed technician, and is approved by the Federal Aviation Administration.
Students are able to build relationships with their instructors, and can expect to receive tutoring if needed. Students should also participate in networking opportunities, such as career fairs.
