Josef's School of Hair Design Inc, Fargo Downtown

Located in downtown Fargo, North Dakota, Josef’s School of Hair Design offers vocational training to students wishing to break into the cosmetology field. Students learn alongside trained professionals to guide and develop their skills.

At Josef’s, students are able to follow four programs to earn a certificate of completion. The most popular and comprehensive concentration is Cosmetology. Students of Cosmetology should expect to take courses in styling and cutting hair, properly applying make-up, nail technology skills and business management, just to name a few.

Other concentrations include Skin Aesthetics, Massage Therapy and Nail Technology. These programs are often elected alongside the general Cosmetology concentration, and can be completed in a shorter amount of time than Cosmetology.

Students are able to practice their newly developed skills on real customers. Because Josef’s offers an on-site salon, students are able to get comfortable with a wide range of customer demands under the supervision of an instructor.

Students receive adequate attention from instructors, but if needed, they are able to use the tutoring program provided by the institution. Students should also take advantage of financial aid services.
