Description

Not all of us can be professional golfers, so how do you turn your hobby into a career? At the Golf Academy of America, you can pursue your passion in an academic setting, earning a degree that could lead to a career as a golf course manager.

The Phoenix campus, which opened in 2011, is the newest for Golf Academy of America. This brand-new campus offers state-of-the-art facilities, top-quality instructors, and the cloudless skies and great golf courses throughout Arizona.

GAA Phoenix currently has one associate’s degree program in Golf Complex Operations and Management. This program balances four crucial aspects of the golf industry: game improvement, communication skills, business management, and up-to-date instruction.

The program can be completed in 16 months. If you want to continue your education further, Golf Academy of America has a partnership with Virginia College, which offers a bachelor’s degree in Golf Course Management. This program can be completed online, so there’s no need to relocate to enroll.

Admissions requirements for GAA Phoenix are quite simple. To apply, you must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED. An application fee and high school transcript are also required within 30 days of application.
