Description

The School of Hairstyling in Chubbuck, Idaho, offers aspiring cosmetologists and nail technicians an opportunity to become licensed beauty practitioners in the state through nationally accredited Pivot Point academics.

The Idaho school is also known for its involvement with the community. As you train, you will be able to participate in a number of outreach projects like the April Extravaganza Hairstyling Competition and Fashion Show, which raises money and awareness for the Idaho Food Bank Backpack program.

The two programs offered at the school include Cosmetology and Nail Technology. No matter which career path you pursue, you will be prepared to take the Idaho licensing exam upon successful completion of a program.

The Cosmetology course is offered at three times during the year, while the Nail Technology program only begins once a year, on the first Tuesday of June.

Students who have already earned a cosmetology license may enroll in the school’s Cosmetology Instructor program to continue their beauty education.

The school offers federal financial aid to qualifying students who file a FAFSA. At this time, students pursuing Nail Technology are not eligible to receive assistance, although the School of Hairstyling will work with you to determine tuition payment plans.

To receive more information on application deadlines and additional admissions requirements, please contact the Idaho school.
