Overall

I think the school is pretty good. We have a lot of diversity, and a lot of interesting courses to take. It's just there is not a lot of student involvement. There needs to be better representation of the student body in making decisions about budget and tuition.

Academics

For me, I am in computer science. The program itself is pretty tough I will admit, but it will be well worth it in the end. The professors in CS are amazing, especially if you get Mccan or Homer. There are some lousy ones too, but it works well I guess.

College Life

There is a lot of student life, although I am not too involved in it. If you are unsure of where to go in life there are awesome leadership programs such as Blue Chip. There is also a program called next steps for people just starting out college who don't know what to do.

Overall

Overall, the University of Arizona is a pretty good school. I like the scenery and that there are a lot of places where you can just sit and think. There could be more places that would accept the meal plan they have on campus. I like how they have a club fair where you can the tons of clubs there actually are. The academics are hard, some of them anyway, but for the most part you can see the value in the hard work.

Academics

The honors system here seems a little unorganized, but it helps with registration. A lot of the professors are nice and are there to help you. Many of them will actually sit with you and try to help you understand any of the material you are confused about. There is a lot of work, especially because I am a dual science major. Most of my classes have not been that big. I have a few that are about 500 people.

College Life

Many of the people are really helpful and there are maps all around campus. There are security 'blue lights' for emergencies that are placed all around campus. There are hundreds of clubs and organizations on campus. I do not know too much about the athletics departments. I also go home over the weekends, so I do not know what happens over the weekends.

Overall

I love the campus at University of Arizona because it is filled with palm trees and all the buildings are a beautiful red brick. Everything is close together and easily walkable. Also, the weather is beautiful year-round.

Academics

The classes can be difficult, but just going to class and doing your homework will help immensely. Class sizes can vary from 15 to 300, depending on the type of class you're taking. Professors and programs are very good.

College Life

There are hundreds of clubs you can join, varying through all kinds of interests. Safety is good, blue lights are all around campus and police always patrolling. Weekends are always fun, there are always parties or events going on.

Overall

I really like how the campus feels like a community, despite having such a large student body it is only one square mile. The athletics are great and the dorms are nice. The Honors College offers amazing benefits too such as priority registration.

Academics

The classes can be pretty big, but you can always get tutoring if you need it or visit your professor during office hours. Your workload depends on your classes and major; it can be as light or heavy as you want it to be.

College Life

There are lots of clubs and Greek life if you are interested in that, although it is not a huge part of student life. There are always fun events going on on campus and ways to get off campus too if you want.
