Design's School of Cosmetology

Located in the beautiful town of Paso Robles, California, Design's School of Cosmetology offers trusted cosmetology courses that provide students with the necessary tools to market themselves in today’s job economy.

Design’s offers three avenues to success: the Cosmetology Redken Premier School, the Skin Care Dermalogica Partnership School, and certification as a nail technician.

The Redkin Premier School consists of 1,600 hours of technical instructional and practical application. Courses vary from hair cutting, styling, and coloring, to skin care and nail maintenance.

The Dermalogica Partnership School offers 600 hours of instruction and preparation for students looking to master the art of skin care. Students learn how to perform facials, waxing, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.

Nail technician courses require 400 hours of instruction and require students to learn how to give manicures and pedicures.

Design’s offers its services to the public at discounted prices in their own clinic. Students perform all services, and are supervised by instructors to provide hands-on experience.

Financial aid advising is available to those who are struggling to cope with tuition.

Students who wish to receive a comprehensive education are encouraged to enroll in all three programs, while many students are focused on just one area of expertise. Upon graduating from Design’s, students are prepared to take state licensure exams, and to enter the job market with professional skills.
