The Rowan campus of Maysville Community & Technical College is located in Morehead, which is about an hour east of Lexington and just over two hours east of Louisville. Morehead is also home to Morehead State University, so transfer students at MCTC’s Rowan campus needn’t travel far for a great university education.
Admissions at MCTC are easy and flexible. Though the school advises that you submit your application as soon as possible, you can apply at the college, right before you register for classes. MCTC welcomes all those seeking postsecondary education; all you to need for admission is a completed application, entering student survey, ACT or COMPASS scores, and a high school transcript or GED certificate.
MCTC offers extensive academics, with over 50 programs across its three campuses. It is also part of KCTCS Online, which provides 3-5 classes for quick and accessible learning.
