At YTI Career Institute, we offer accelerated, hands-on training to prepare you for a rewarding career in healthcare, technology, trades, computers, business, criminal justice, culinary arts or hospitality in 9 – 21 months. Our knowledgeable faculty, on-site financial planners, talented career service specialists and supportive staff are all here to help you achieve the future you deserve. YTI – Altoona is conveniently located in a modern facility just off the Frankstown Exit of Interstate 99 (U.S. Route 200) at 2900 Fairway Drive. Fairway Drive can be easily accessed from Interstate 99 or from Pleasant Valley Boulevard (Business Route 220) near the Veterans Administration Hospital.

YTI occupies approximately 18,000 square feet, which includes faculty office area, administrative support offices, student and faculty lounges, a learning resource center, and a conference room. Learning spaces include a main computer lab, 7 classrooms with computer access, two theory classrooms, an ECG lab, a medical clinic, a medical lab, two pharmacy labs, and a criminal justice lab.
