Ridley-Lowell Business & Technical Institute is a technical training school with locations in Binghamton, New York, New London, Connecticut, and Poughkeepsie, New York in the USA.

The school is a consolidation (1968) of the former Binghamton Commercial College and the Ridley Secretarial School. The school programs focus on the technical areas without time spent on liberal arts requirements so that most programs are completed within one year. The programs specialize in such areas as medical records, accounting, and word processing. No degrees are awarded.
