HFCC Description

Henry Ford Community College, located in Dearborn, Michigan, is a two-year institution that builds on the tradition of America’s famous automobile manufacturing pioneer. There are several options in automotive technology offered to students, and available programs in manufacturing processes would be particularly interesting to the more hands-on learners.

Tremendous financial aid incentives may await you as a student if you attend and excel at Henry Ford Community College. A tuition freeze after your first semester is guaranteed, so there are no surprises if tuition increases while you attend. If any of your courses fail to transfer to their four-year institution, Henry Ford will refund the tuition for that class.

The Center for Lifelong Learning offers members of the community an opportunity for professional growth and offers diverse classes in musical instruments including dulcimers, ukuleles, and the harmonica, and even has a clown school.

More traditional offerings such as general finance, computer skills and grant writing are very popular with senior citizens as well as the community at large.

I think this school has a good education, everyone is very nice all the time and the professors are smart. I am studying nursing there and even though I am a freshmen this year I think the classes are pretty advanced even though I am only doing my prerequisite classes now. My most memorable experiences there are meeting new people, and the professors are all really funny and try to make the classes not so boring all the time.
