Columbia-Greene Community College welcomes a geographically and culturally diverse student population and recognizes its responsibilities for providing transfer, vocational, technical, remedial, and life-long learning for all. The College is dedicated to developing and administering high-quality, post-secondary educational programs that are accessible to the residents of the service area. Nearly 90 percent of our graduates continue their studies or go directly into the job market.

Our transferring students have gone on to institutions such as Yale, MIT, Brown, the University of California, SUNY Albany, SUNY New Paltz, RPI, Marist and the College of Saint Rose.

According to New York State studies, C-GCC students who continue their education at State University of New York four-year colleges continually demonstrate a high rate of success, usually placing among the top three of SUNY's thirty community colleges.
