Adult programs at Polaris are designed for students seeking careers in fields like:

Polaris Career Center’s community education courses are available to those who are interested in getting quickly certified for different skills and careers or learning something fun like arts and crafts.

Polaris Career also has educational offerings exclusively for high school students. Tuition discounts for those over 65 years make education possible for senior citizens as well.

Adult students who are interested in enrolling for full-fledged career training programs must have a high school diploma or GED. Those applying to the Dental Assisting program will also need to take an entrance exam. There are no requirements or pre-requisites for community education courses.

Students who need assistance paying for tuition costs may apply for federal financial aid by filling out a FAFSA. Those who are eligible will receive loans or grants or both. Tuition discounts are also available for high school students.
