The University of Texas – Pan American (UTPA) could be the perfect place for you. Located in Edinburg, Texas, 10 miles from the Mexican border, UTPA serves a diverse student body and the most Mexican-American students in the nation. UTPA also welcomes international students, and offers study abroad programs.
