The mission of Flint River Technical College (FRTC) is to promote the economic development of Upson, Talbot and Taylor counties by providing quality academic and technical education at the certificate, diploma and associate of applied technology degree levels, adult literacy education, continuing education, and economic development services that are consistent with the needs of citizens and employers.
