Pillsbury Baptist Bible College seeks to glorify God through a Christian higher education program which imparts a biblical worldview, preparing students for Christian ministries in and through local Baptist churches. Pillsbury college derives its mission from verses such as Luke 2:52 that stress the four areas of life in which the College seeks to influence its students so that they may, in turn, influence the world for Christ both personally and professionally.

Pillsbury Baptist Bible College is an Independent Fundamentalist Baptist Christian college in Owatonna, Minnesota. Pillsbury describes itself as a "biblical arts college." It offers a four-year program leading to the degrees of Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Bachelor of Science in Bible as well as several associate degrees and a Bible certificate program.

In February of 2005 Pillsbury received accreditation by the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE). Pillsbury also maintains membership in the American Association of Christian Colleges and Seminaries.
