Kent State Tuscarawas, located at 330 University Drive, NE, New Philadelphia, offers 19 associate degrees, seven bachelor's degrees and the Master of Technology Degree. A recently constructed Science and Advanced Technology Center provides 50,000-square-feet of laboratory and classroom space for science, nursing and workforce development.

Kent State Tuscarawas offers all the coursework required for 19 associate degrees, seven bachelor's degrees and one master's degree. In addition, students can complete the first two years of coursework toward any of the 255 majors offered through the Kent State University eight-campus network. As a Kent State Tuscarawas student, you'll enjoy the benefits of small class sizes with instruction from highly credentialed faculty. You'll also have access to the highly acclaimed Kent State University Honors Program, a campus-funded research colloquium and free academic support services.

Each year more than 2065 students choose to pursue their college education at Kent State Tuscarawas because of its quality academic programs taught by a highly credentialed, student-centered faculty. Some of the fastest growing degree programs include justice studies, business, early childhood education, nursing, veterinary technology and computer design, animation and gaming.

As a student at Kent State Tuscarawas, you have access to the resources of a major university at state tuition cost, while experiencing the atmosphere of a private college. State and federal grants, loans and scholarships,as well as local endowed and Tuscarawas County University Foundation scholarships are available to help you meet your tuition and supply costs. The campus offers many programs, clubs, organizations and activities to enhance educational development and student life. Academic support and enrichment are available through academic advising, free tutoring services, state-of-the-art technology labs and a challenging Honors Program. Extracurricular activities include Student Activities Council, Student Ambassadors, men’s and women’s varsity sports, the Voices of Distinction and Artist/Lecture Series, and many professional major-related campus organizations. In addition, career exploration and development is supported by our Career Resource Center.

A 50,000-square-foot Science and Advanced Technology Center houses both credit and non-credit programs in science, nursing and workforce development. State-of-the-art laboratory equipment, modern technology and attractive facilities in the Center are a testament to the campus’ commitment to its students, local business and the surrounding community.
