ICS,The Wright Beauty College, believe that training in the cosmetology industry should be available to all students. Each student is reconized as a learner, processing information using individual differences with unique skills, potentials, and goals that must be individualized. It is the aim of the administration and faculty to design individualized learning program which will enable each student to reach his or her highest potential. We encourage support from family, school cleientele, local businesses, and an advisory commitee. An active industry-community-school relationship provides a means for making the transition from educational training to the work force. Additional curriculum support is obtained from attending trade and professional shows and classes. In this learning activity, students are supportive of their career plans while developing leadership experiences.
