The primary mission of Louisiana Technical College - Morgan Smith Campus, is to instruct students to such competency levels that they are qualified for employment and/or advancement in existing or potential occupational fields. In fulfilling the obligation of assisting students to gain required industrial competency levels, they can obtain employment and beconme productive, self-supporting citizens.
