Lander University, located in a small, rural South Carolina city, has a wide range of academic offerings.
The school has undergraduate and graduate degrees in the following types of programs: Art Education, Athletic Training, Computer Information Systems, Early Childhood Education (Montessori), Mass Communication and Theatre.
Lander also offers pre-professional programs in Pre-Law, Pre-Medicine, Pre-Pharmacy, Pre-Veterinary Medicine, and other fields. A certificate program in Health Care Management is also provided. Students may also opt for study abroad programs for credit.
Campus life at the university is full of new experiences like academic organizations, music groups, religious clubs, social fraternities and sororities, and sports and intramural teams. There is even an equestrian facility available for student and community use.
The admissions process, which is available online, includes an application fee and other eligibility requirements.
Financial aid information can be found online as well. Aid in the form of grants, loans, scholarships, and work-study assist in lowering tuition costs and other educational expenses for eligible students. Tuition fees are discounted for in-state residents.
