In addition to these campuses Gateway offers classes in Pendleton County. The college offers courses through the Urban Learning Center in Covington, Newport and Dayton. Classes are offered there in association with Northern Kentucky University and Thomas More College.

Over the next few years, our college will be going through a major transition to become more a comprehensive community and technical college. This transition will enable us to offer a broader range of programming. Traditional freshman and sophomore college classes will be designed for transfer to four-year colleges, and expanded student outreach programs will be designed to provide opportunities for those who want to get a new start on their education and career closer to home or by using the Internet.

Gateway Community and Technical College is committed to providing you with affordable, high quality, postsecondary education that is relevant to the needs of business and industry that you will enter after graduation. The college places a significant emphasis on improving skills in the workplace by providing customized industry training through our Business and Industry Services Department as well as apprenticeship and adult education programs. An example of this is our newly established Hispanic Educational Clearinghouse where we are providing translating and interpreting services, English language classes and assistance with the GED.
