Description
Bethesda Christian University has the unique mission of educating Koreans and Americans in the teachings of the Bible, while training them for ministerial and other careers.
Located in Anaheim, California, about 40 minutes from Los Angeles, Bethesda Christian University offers bachelor’s degrees in Biblical Studies, Pastoral Ministry and Christian Education. Professional degrees are also offered in Business Administration, Visual Design, Early Childhood Education and Music.
Bethesda’s graduate offerings include master’s degrees in Divinity, Biblical Studies and Music.
Since Koreans and Korean Americans make up most of the student body, integration into American culture through ESL and other classes is also provided.
Committed to integrated learning, Bethesda is always helping students to cultivate and deepen their faith, belief and Christian values. This is achieved mainly through in-depth study and coursework in the Bible.
Admission to Bethesda requires submission of an application, transcripts of previous coursework and a short autobiography.
Financial aid is available to help pay for tuition for those who qualify. Students who are U.S. citizens or eligible residents may apply.
