Description

In an effort to provide career and technical education to high school students in Clarion County in Pennsylvania, the Clarion County Career Center (CCCC) was founded more than three decades ago. Since then, the center has been helping high school students further their education to prepare them for college or to start their careers right out of high school.

The various academic programs at CCCC serve as secondary technical courses for high school students in grades 10-12 to get a head start on courses that could earn college credits or the technical knowledge needed to start their career.

Clarion County Career Center helps graduates prepare to start their career or transfer to a larger university. In addition, it helps adults receive training needed to improve their skillset for their current career or start a new one.

There are roughly a dozen courses for students to choose from at Clarion County Career Center, such as mathematics, diesel technology, allied health services, and police science. In addition, the school offers one full-time practical nursing diploma class each year, and one part-time one every other year. The school also offers classes online to help students earn their education from a more convenient location.

Financial aid is available for eligible students to cover various costs, such as the cost of uniforms.
