The staff of Ross Medical Education Center believes our purpose is to make available to students quality training ans student services necessary to undertake careers in the allied health fields. We are committed to assisting students in developing the vocational and personal skills needed to succeed in their chosen careers and in the community.
Ross Medical Education Center is an allied-health school with ten locations in Michigan and two in the Atlanta, Georgia area. This group of schools primary program is Medical Assisting. In 2007, select campuses began offering Medical Insurance Billing and Office Administration, with the intent of eventually offering this program at all location. Ross Medical Education Centers are accredited by Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools as non-degree granting institutions.
The Michigan campuses of Ross Medical Education are located throughout the central portion of the state. These locations include: Ann Arbor, MI; Brighton, MI; Flint, MI; Grand Rapids, MI; Lansing, MI; Port Huron, MI; Redford, MI; Roosevelt Park, MI; Saginaw, MI and Warren, MI. Their newest locatoin is in New Baltimore, MI
Both Georgia campuses are located just outside Atlanta. One to the north in Smryna, GA and the other just to the east of Atlanta in Decatur, GA.
Ross Medical Education Center has been offering allied health career training for more than 30 years. The school group is owned by Ross Education LLC. In December 2006, Ross closed its two Florida campuses. In 2007, the school began offering Medical Insurance Billing and Office Administration at select campuses.
