Description

Susquehanna University embodies the Lutheran sentiments of intellectual and cultural exploration, community and global service, and the cultivation of each individual’s unique talents.

Located in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, Susquehanna offers bachelor’s degrees in the arts, sciences, and music. There are also graduate programs in veterinary medicine and law among others.

In keeping with its commitment to service, Susquehanna encourages all of its students to participate in one of its recognized community service programs.

Since Susquehanna also embraces the idea of exploration, Susquehanna students are also required to study off-campus for a cross-cultural experience at some point in their four years.

Students also have plenty of opportunities to engage in on-campus exploration. There are over 100 student organizations as well as a student-run radio station, literary magazine and newspaper.

There are also numerous centers and institutes on campus which host lectures, readings and forums by writers, professors and others.

Susquehanna’s campus is beautiful and, therefore, offers an inspiring setting in which to study, explore and socialize, particularly for those who choose to live on-campus.

Career services, counseling and health services are some of the student supports offered at Susquehanna.

Financial aid is available to eligible Susquehanna students in the form of loans, grants, work-study and academic and private scholarships. Financial aid covers tuition and other fees, including living expenses, as well.
