Description

Davenport University (DU) has more than a dozen campuses in Michigan. The Gaylord location is one campus that provides students with access to DU resources.

The school supports a system called experiential learning that is rooted in the belief that real-world experiences play an essential role in the success of its graduates. That is why it encourages its students to participate in community projects, internships, study abroad programs and more.

DU is comprised of the following colleges: The Donald W. Maine College of Business, The College of Health Professions, The College of Technology, and The College of Arts and Sciences.

Students have the option of selecting a wide range of degree programs, such as Computer Gaming and Simulation, Environmental Science, Health Services Administration, and Human Resource Management.

There is an online application process for admissions to the school. There is also financial aid information available on the university’s website. Qualifying applicants are eligible to receive grants, loans, and scholarships to assist with their tuition costs and other expenses related to their education.

DU helps its graduates with career placement services. In addition, it has a program called “Free Brush-up” for graduates who want to retake any of their courses at no extra cost.
