Description
Reid State College offers students a small, personalized and well-rounded learning environment in which to pursue in-demand degrees, diplomas and certificates. Located in Evergreen, Alabama, Reid State offers a number of associate’s degrees, diplomas and certificates in such fields as Collision Repair Technology, Computer Information Systems, Cosmetology, Early Child Care Education, Welding, and health-related careers, among others.
Adult education provides ESL training, GED prep, computer literacy, ASVAB training and basic reading and math skills.
Since the school and its classes are small and therefore personalized, one-on-one attention can be had by Reid State students.
Not only that, but students are exposed to a range of recreational, cultural and social experiences, which include student awards ceremonies, a campus Mardi Gras, movie days, holiday and theme-based events, student government as well as various student clubs and organizations.
